💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Requests: Customers should email support@bculimited.com with their booking reference, passenger name, and travel date. Refund eligibility follows the applicable San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi fare and cancellation rules. Non-refundable fares or late cancellation requests may not be eligible for refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
